A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a 26 year old man who escaped from the forensic psychiatric hospital in Port Coquitlam.
Police say Matthew David Mikolajczyk is unstable and needs immediate medical attention.
He is known to hang around Vancouver and Prince George and he has a history of violence.
He was sent to Colony Farm after being found not criminally responsible in an attack because of a mental disorder
