Colin Egglesfield, Stuart Townsend, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Byron Mann and Gary Daniels have all joined the indie action-thriller “Stranger in Paradise” at 24/7, Benetone Films and Hillin Entertainment reports Variety.
Written and directed by Corrado Jay Boccia, the story follows a trader at a hedge fund whose life takes a drastic turn when the SEC launches an investigation against the head of the company for insider trading.
Forced into a “vacation”, the trader finds himself in Bangkok with a price on his head and a morally ambiguous older brother knee deep in the Thai mafia.
Boccia and Daemon Hillin are producing and shooting is to kick off shortly in Thailand.
