Tyra Banks’ young adult novel “Modelland”, the first in a potential trilogy, could already be making a leap to the big screen says The Hollywood Reporter.
Banks tells the Associated Press she was approached by a successful film producer about the rights to the property which centers on an awkward teen who gets invited to attend an elite modeling academy.
She adds “I would love to open up the Modelland casting to the world. I’m looking for an Everygirl to possibly play one of the characters in the story.”
