More evidence of the cooling housing market in Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
The “BC Real Estate Association” says the dollar volume of homes sold in November through the Multiple Listing Service was down 24.6 per-cent compared to a year ago.
The number of residential units sold was down 17 per-cent and the average price was down 9 per-cent.
Associaton economist Cameron Muir says slower consumer demand in Vancouver and the Valley pulled down the province-wide numbers.
