A guilty verdict has come down in the case of a driver who fatally injured an elderly man waiting for a bus in Surrey more than three years ago.
Gurjit Singh Dhillon was charged with one count of dangerous driving causing death.
His black Corvette struck Pritam Singh benning in September of 2009.
The 83-year old died five days later in hospital.
Dhillon’s sentence hearing will be held on March 27, 2013.
