Homicide investigators are now handling the death of an inmate at the medium-security Mission Institution.39-year old Troy Squires was found unresponsive in his cell Friday night.
“As it stands it appears to be a homicide, therefore the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has been called in, and we since have conduct of the investigation.”
