ICBC is continuing to make cuts sending hundreds of non-union staff packing.
The insurance corporation says starting today and through the next week they will cut 203 positions at the manager and staff level.
Due to the cuts ICBC says it is scaling back advertising, marketing, employee programs, and services.
Lower priority projets have also been scrubbed and some existing projects are getting a re-think and might be scaled down.
This comes after the insurance corporation started the month by cutting nine executives and eliminating two other executive positions.
The cuts are part of the company’s response to a government audit which found them top heavy with over paid management.
