A train derailment in Surrey shut down two lanes on scott road Monday night.
Southern Railway of BC President Frank Butzelaar explained the extent of the mess, “The train consisted of five locomotives and fifty railcars, and we have two locomotives that derailed and one boxcar.”
No people were injured in the derailment and Butzelaar says no dangerous goods were involved.
