The wife of a man killed in a plane crash near Mission in February, is suing the pilot of the other plane involved.
Patti Hubble, whose husband Donn was killed in the crash, is taking Paul Knapp to Court.
Donn Hubble was one of two men who died after two planes clipped wings while formation flying, sending Hubble’s plane into a slough near the Fraser River.
