Criminal charges won’t be layed in connection to a race on Highway 99 last Thursday.
But the RCMP are referring the 2-million dollars in vehicles to the BC Civil Forfeiture Office.
Although there wasn’t enough information to lay criminal charges, Corporal Holly Marks says the thirteen high end vehicles can be seized and sold.
