Two more MLA’s have decided to pack it in.
Abbotsford-Mission liberal MLA Randy Hawes is retiring.
The former Mission mayor was first elected to the Legislature in 2001.
Hawes becomes the 14th sitting Liberal MLA to announce his retirement.
And North Coast MLA Gary Coons is also calling it quits.
The New Democrat was elected in 2005 and has served as the party’s critic for BC Ferries.
