A former Member of Parliament is taking a run at becoming an M-L-A for the B-C Conservative Party in the May election.
Paul Forseth will be running in the New Westminster riding.
He was elected as an M-P in New West in 1993, 1997 and 2000 — twice under the Reform Party and once with the Canadian Alliance.
Forseth also won as a Conservative in 2004.
After leaving federal politics, he became involved in international human rights advocacy and the Fraser River Discovery Centre.
