The gates of the Pacific National Exhibition swing open at 11:00 a.m. for the fair’s annual run up to labour day.
PNE president Michael McDaniel says you’ll notice better programming for kids and families this year.
Once again, children under age of 13 will be admitted free… as long as they’re with a paying adult.
This year’s fair will feature the Family Feud game show… three times a day.
“They’ve never done this in a fair before. Although it’s not a new concept, it’s a new way to do it and so, we’re breaking ground on a lot of these ideas,” says McDaniel.
