A Surrey man who pleaded guilty in connection with the death of his girlfriend in 2011 has been handed four years in prison.
48 year old Harvey Frank Bracken pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the death of 40 year old Jennifer Ferguson.
In early February of 2011, her body–wrapped in plastic– was found in the North Shore woods.
