Public transit recovering after snowy morning

As the arctic outflow warning for metro Vancouver comes to an end, public transit is recovering after a rough morning.
West Vancouver blue buses are back on their regular routes.
But the skytrain is still experiencing delays due to the cold weather.
Handy-dart is operating for essential service trips only, such as kidney dialysis and cancer treatments.
At Vancouver International Airport, a number of cancellations this morning, but only one scheduled for later today.
There are, however, a number of delays at y-v-r, especially for flights to Victoria and the interior.
