The leader of the BC NDP says the Premier is flip flopping on the HST

NDP leader Adrian Dix says the provincial government’s position on repaying Ottawa 1.6 billion dollars in HST transition money is “incoherent.”
 Dix is referring to Premier Christy Clark’s proposal that BC not repay the full amount.
