Transit Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man – accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.
It happened August 31st, when she boarded a bus near the P.N.E.
Spokesperson Anne Drennan says the girl noticed a man moving closer to her, even following her on to her next bus.

“She was fairly nervous because she knew that he was on the same bus. She was going to get off the bus at Brentwood pressed up behind her and pinned her… and grabbed her buttocks. She then get off the bus and ran to the Brentwood Skytrain station, where she approached a woman that was the first adult she saw, and asked for help.”

The suspect is described as a black male, 5-feet-10 inches tall, bald, wearing a black long sleeved shirt with a white stripe on the sleeves.
As for the more than two-week delay in getting the message out?
