Vancouver Police are issuing a warning about a man named Sheldon Patrick O’Dell.
He’s going to be living in Vancouver, and police say he poses a risk to boys under the age of 16.
Police say he tend to befriend and groom young victims who then fall under his control.
He’s now served a more than five year sentence on a string of sex charges.
He’s considered a high risk to re-offend.
