A shocking discovery for staff at the main courthouse in downtown Vancouver late Friday afternoon and it caused traffic to be shutdown in the area for a time. Vancouver Fire Rescue has been busy with yet another suspicious fire. This time at a vacant home at West 46th Avenue between Columbia and Manitoba Streets.
