A Chilliwack man accused of killing his wife will find out his fate next month

David Miller was deemed unfit to stand trial, after being charged in connection with his wife’s murder on Boxing Day in 2009.
Now a May 17th BC Review Board hearing has been set to determine whether he will be hospitalized, or released. In the mean-time, the 51-year-old has been sent to the Forensic Psychiatric Hospital in Port Coquitlam. 46-year-old Susan Miller was stabbed to death in the couple’s rural Chilliwack home.
