Coquitlam Search and Rescue are busy looking for 3 overdue hikers on Eagle Mountain in the Buntzen Lake area.
Search Manager Dwight Yochim,
“They phoned out earlier saying they were lost and gave us some general ideas and we now have teams in the field, following their tracks.”
Yochim says a helicopter spotted three sets of tracks when it was still light out–teams are now all working from the ground.
He says the search will go on all night, and continue Monday, if need be.
