Former RCMP officer charged with theft

A Cranbook RCMP constable accused of stealing a computer while on duty has resigned, and his bosses say he’ll never work for the force again.

The investigation into the conduct of Bryden Hennessey began in October of last year.

His gun and badge were seized and he was suspended.

He handed in his resignation in December.

He now faces a charge of theft under five thousand dollars.
