Abbotsford Police and the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team are probing the death of a 21-year old man early Saturday morning.
Constable Ian MacDonald says the man’s friend found his body at a home in the 27-thousand block of 56th Avenue just after midnight.
“It was deemed that the circumstances were suspicious enough that we should embark on an investigation… that investigation has come to include our major crime detectives, we’ve had our forensic identification unit folks out there… and because it is a suspicious death, we have brought-in I.H.I.T. as well.”
MacDonald adds police had been to the home before, but not frequently.
No other information is being released.
