The Labour Relations Board has declined to issue an injunction against members of the BC Teachers’ Federation, the BC Government Employees Union and the BC Federation of Labour.
The provincial government sought the order after pickets appeared outside government offices in Victoria today, and unionized workers were encouraged not to report for work.
But the L-R-B says it will take no action at this time as the groups have agreed not to repeat the picketing.
