New court date for men accused of killing Kelowna man

A new court date has been set for seven men accused of killing a Kelowna man.The men, including two full-patch Hells Angels, are due back in court September 22nd.They are 31-year old Norman Cocks and 46-year old Robert Thomas.  They’re accused of beating the victim, Dain Phillips, with a baseball bat on June 12th.
 
He died later in hospital.
