Burnaby RCMP and the Vancouver Police Department will be announcing “significant and multiple charges against an alleged sex offender preying on vulnerable women from Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside” Monday morning.
In a release, police say photos of vehicles will be released to help in a search for more victims and witnesses.
No other information is being given until the morning.
