A massive power outage has hit several parts of Richmond.
As of 5:30 p.m., about 25,000 BC Hydro customers are without electricity because of a problem at a Hydro substation.
Another 14,000 are in the dark for other problems currently being investigated.
Hydro estimates the lights will be back on around 7:30 p.m.
