Vancouver Police are looking for a high risk offender, wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching conditions of his supervision order.
48 year old Robert John Trice also goes by the names “Robert John Minler” and “Gary Blain Shannon”.
He failed to return to his halfway house yesterday.
He has a long criminal history, including break and enter, aggravated assault and forcible confinement.
In one case, he forced his way into the home of an 89 year old Penticton woman, held a knife to her throat, threatened to kill her, and assaulted her after taking her clothes off and tying her up.
