Woman found not criminally responsible in DTES death

A 43-year old woman has been found not criminally responsible – in connection with the 2011 death of a popular downtown eastside handyman.
Alice Bullington had been charged with manslaughter.
56-year old Raymond Robertson was found in his room at an East Hastings Street boarding house early last March.
Police have never said how he was killed.
Bullington was the woman seen with Robertson, in a picture released by Vancouver Police in an effort to find his killer.
A psychiatric examination has found Bullington to be not criminally reponsible for the death, because of a mental disorder.
