The BC SPCA is investigating, after passersby found a badly hurt German shepherd in a dumpster Wednesday morning in Kitsilano. A Mission woman is in hospital being treated for a bad beating. RCMP attended 32367 Brant Avenue after an assault was reported. They found the victim unconscious with a faint pulse.
