Street homelessness declines in Vancouver

The City of Vancouver says it's on track to reaching it's goal to end street homelessness by 2015. Council has received its first "Housing and Homeless Strategy" report card. Auto theft declines in BC

The provincial government says auto theft is way down in British Columbia. It says in the first half of this year, there has been a 17 per-cent drop in vehicle thefts compared to last year.
