David Carl Sunshine to appeal his conviction

A Vancouver man found guilty of beating his two-year-old stepdaughter to death will appeal his conviction this week. The B.C. Court of Appeal will hear the case of David Carl Sunshine on Tuesday. A Gibsons woman is facing a charge of possession of child pornography. The charge was laid after multiple search warrants were executed. Speed a factor in deadly ATV crash on Sunshine Coast

A 22-year-old woman is dead after a crash between an all-terrain vehicle and SUV in Sechelt.     Police say two women were riding the ATV on a forest road yesterday afternoon when it was hit by the SUV.
