21-year-old Lincoln Kennedy-Williams has a court date set for May 14th, with the intention of entering a guilty plea. The Delta resident was originally charged with arson, mischief, and participating in a riot. He’s not the only one. 30-year-old Burnaby resident Timothy Kwong will be in court next on May 29th. That date is also set aside for an intended guilty plea. Kwong is charged with arson and participating in a riot.
