Hazmat call ends in Coquitlam

RCMP have now tested a Coast Mountain bus and say there was no hazardous material on board. The incident shut down the Coquitlam Centre bus loop for much of the afternoon. Okanagan standoff ends peacefully

A man armed with a gun and a knife has surrendered peacefully to local police in the Okanagan community of Chase, east of Kamloops. The man in his 50's entered the local Royal Bank branch, he allowed all customers and staff to exit safely. Cpl.
