Animal hoarding case in greater Victoria

The BC SPCA has removed 45 mini-poodles from a home in Victoria, calling it a case of 'hoarding.' SPCA spokeswomean Lorie Chortyk says the owner, living in Brentwood Bay, failed to get rid of some of the animals, as instructed by the society. Therapist questions UBCM’s motion calling for law on hoarding
