A 12 year old giraffe at the Greater Vancouver Zoo has died. General Manager Jodi Henderson says Jafari was found dead in his heated barn about 7:30 this morning by animal care staff. Two new Siberian tigers at Greater Vancouver Zoo

They welcomed a new giraffe last week. Now, the Greater Vancouver Zoo is announcing the arrival of two new Siberian tigers. The Greater Vancouver Zoo is in mourning after losing one of its giraffes. Amryn, who was born at the zoo in December of 2007, was found on the ground in his barn this morning.
