Man and dog rescued from bank of Seymour River

North Vancouver Fire had to use an inflatable raft to get to a stranded hiker and his dog at the bank of the Seymour River. Assistant chief Jim Bonneville says homeowners across the river called 9-1-1. Boat capsizes in Fraser River, one man missing
