Chinese nationals found safety in Richmond

Two Chinese nationals reported missing last week in Richmond have been found. Police say Tienan She, 55, and Liping Wu, 47, were located safely yesterday. ICBC fires six Richmond estimators after RCMP investigation

ICBC has fired six estimators at the Richmond claims centre for breaking company policy.
