Police already following court’s ruling on drunk-driving laws

Police have already started processing drunk drivers according to today's court judgment. That means drivers failing a breathalyzer won't face as many fines, install an alcohol-testing ignition lock or have their cars impounded for as long. As of 1:30 p.m., nearly 30,000 people had already cast their ballots -- and that's only five hours into the polls opening.
