Chilliwack water e-coli free once again

The City of Chilliwack says the drinking water in the community is now free of any e-coli contamination after a positive test result yesterday.  Mayor Sharon Gaetz says re-testing results have come back. More BC E-coli connected to X-L Foods plant

Two new cases of E-coli in British Columbia have been linked to a massive beef recall across Canada. That brings the total in BC to three and nation-wide to 15. As the beef recall grows, BC's Chief Medical Health officer has some good news. "We do every year get a number of e-coli cases, we haven't had any associated or confirmed with this outbreak with the contamination at the X-L plant, to date."
