Abbotsford Police say a man has been charged with counselling to commit suicide. They started investigating after they encountered a local woman with ligature marks on her neck. Federal government to appeal BC court ruling on assisted suicide

The Federal government will appeal a landmark decision from the BC Supreme Court, striking down the ban on assisted suicide. New West woman accused in baby’s death commits suicide

Police say a woman accused of killing her baby last summer in New Westminster has committed suicide. Joyce Dobranski took her own life last Thursday.
