Tuesday night shooting in Surrey was targeted

SURREY, B.C. - Surrey RCMP say a shooting Tuesday night in that Metro Vancouver suburb was targeted and appears to be gang-related.The attack occurred just after 10 p.m. in front of a home in the 8800 block of 131 Street.Insp. Jim Green remembered as passionate activist

Meet John Doe: RCMP unveil 3-D model of murder victim

In true CSI fashion, RCMP have generated a 3-D facial reconstruction of a man found murdered on a beach near the University of B.C. in the hope that it will solve a six-year-old mystery.
