Man dead after vehicle hits concrete barrier in Surrey

A man is dead after the vehicle he was driving crashed at 188th Street and 28th Avenue in Surrey Saturday. Sgt. Surrey RCMP are investigating after a man was taken to hospital Sunday night in serious condition with multiple gunshot wounds.
