Two fishermen discovered a leg floating under the Cambie Street Bridge Friday afternoon. Vancouver Police and the Coroners Service got the call, and confirmed the remains found are indeed human. The city of Surrey and the S-P-C-A are asking for public help in finding the owner of a puppy who has suffered severe rope burns, believed to caused by a muzzle tying the dog's mouth shut.
