RCMP looking for couple suspected of pointing laser light

Car crash into Vancouver light pole kills 26-year-old passenger

Vancouver police are investigating after a car crashed into a light pole early this morning, killing a passenger. Police say the car was heading south on Cambie from 33rd Avenue when it veered off the road and hit the pole around 12:30 a.m. A 26-year-old woman in the passenger seat was pronounced dead at the scene. Light snow falls on Metro

Some Lower Mainlanders got their first taste of winter weather this morning. Light snow fell on the North Shore, Burnaby, New Westminster, parts of Surrey, Langley, Coquitlam, North Delta and East Vancouver.
