Two fires in one week at Vancouver elementary school

A fire at a Vancouver school is under investigation--and fire officials say it's the second fire at the school in one week. Battalion Chief Rod MacDonald calls both incidents "highly suspicious." Minimum wage set to rise to full $10.25 this week
