Another guilty plea in Stanley Cup riot

A 17-year-old girl from Surrey has pleaded guilty to her role in the Stanley Cup riot. The teen, who cannot be named because of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was originally charged with participating in a riot and break and enter. Mounties are looking for a 33-year-old man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant. Robert James Williams is believed to be in Richmond. Oppal granted more time to finish report

Attorney-General Shirley Bond is giving Wally Oppal more time to complete the work of the Missing Women inquiry. Bond has granted Oppal's request for another extension. Vancouver Police Chief Jim Chu has broken his silence about new evidence in the fatal shooting of a mentally ill man nearly five years ago. More mutilated cats found in Maple Ridge

The SPCA is investigating the discovery of more mutilated cats in Maple Ridge. "Yesterday, two more bodies were discovered -- one at Harry Hooge elementary school and then again last evening another body was reported on 221 Street in Maple Ridge."
