5 dead after shootings in the Emerald City

A hospital spokeswoman says the man who police suspect opened fire in a Seattle cafe and then killed a woman in an apparent carjacking has died. Gas workers serve strike notice

Worksafe releases report on deaths

Two companies could face fines after a construction worker was killed in 2010 in Vancouver's Coal Harbour neighbourhood. Worksafe BC has released its report into the death of 28-year-old Dan Martens.
