A Chilliwack man accused of killing his wife will find out his fate next month

David Miller was deemed unfit to stand trial, after being charged in connection with his wife's murder on Boxing Day in 2009.Now a May 17th BC Review Board hearing has been set to determine whether he will be hospitalized, or released. A gangster hired to kill a Surrey woman's ex-husband has been sentenced to 14 months behind bars. David Laidlaw was paid 10-thousand dollars by Liza Belcourt in 2009 to kill her ex.
