Mayors oppose pipeline expansion

Mayors in Vancouver and Burnaby strongly oppose a $ 5 billion expansion to Kinder Morgan's Trans Mountain Pipeline. The Mayor of Richmond says RCMP wage hikes will be topic #1 at meeting with mayors and the mounties.
